Consent & analytics

Storage strictly necessary for an expressly requested service may be exempt from prior consent under the conditions explained by the CNIL. This exemption does not automatically cover every tool on a website.

On the relevant pages, Google Analytics 4 loads only after you agree to audience measurement. It measures pages viewed and certain journey steps or actions, including submitting a request; its advertising options are disabled. The duration of Google Analytics cookies in the _ga and _ga_* family is configured to 180 days, without automatic renewal on each page load. You can refuse or withdraw consent through “Cookie preferences” in the footer; the module then stops measurement and requests deletion of cookies in this family on the site’s domain. Withdrawal does not retroactively delete information already received by Google.

The 2- or 10-minute periods indicate the validity of certain journey markers, not an automatic deletion time. A value that has not been reused may remain in your browser’s session storage. When your audience measurement choice expires, the site asks you again. You can change your choice in Cookie preferences or delete the site’s data in your browser settings. These technical periods do not determine how long requests, quotes or payments recorded on the server are retained.

Manage your browser

You can inspect and delete cookies and site data in your browser settings. Deletion may interrupt access to an ongoing request or sign you out of the back office. Clearing your browser does not delete a request stored in the database.
