Controller & contact

For the data you provide when making a request or booking on this website, the data controller is CLIKNDRIVE AZUR (CA), a French simplified joint-stock company (SAS), at 8 bis rue Abel, 75012 Paris. To contact the company or exercise your rights, email contact@clikndriveazur.fr.

Information collected

The journey requests your name, email and telephone, alongside pickup, destination, date, time, passenger and luggage counts, vehicle and service. Company and programme information may be added for a business request. Technical identifiers and processing steps support request tracking.

Required fields are needed for this journey to work. Avoid sharing sensitive information in free-text notes.

Purposes & legal bases

This information is used to prepare the request, manage its quotation and track its status. The contact details checkbox concerns handling that request: it does not authorise marketing.

Preparing a journey and quotation you request relies on steps taken at your request before entering into a contract. Processing a confirmed booking relies on performance of that contract. Audience measurement that requires your agreement relies on the consent you give in the cookie preferences.

Recipients & service providers

Submitted enquiries are recorded for the team to review and are accessible to authorised administration. An enquiry is not a confirmed booking. The booking journey may offer payment through Stripe when payment is required; the journey form does not request card details.

Requests are handled by the authorised CLIKNDRIVE AZUR team and administrators. Where a service requires a professional partner, only the information needed to organise it may be shared with that partner. Depending on the journey, the site uses Hostinger for hosting, Stripe for payments, Géoplateforme and OpenStreetMap for location features, and Google Analytics for audience measurement when you consent to it. Information about these providers is available from Hostinger, Stripe, Google, IGN and OpenStreetMap.

Retention & security

How long information is kept depends on handling the request, performing the service and applicable legal or evidentiary obligations. The customer access cookie is configured for twelve hours; its expiry does not delete the booking record. To find out what data is associated with your record or request its erasure where possible, contact contact@clikndriveazur.fr.

The site uses HTTPS. Access to requests is linked to a session, and administration features require authentication. Card details are processed in Stripe’s secure checkout and are not requested in the journey form.

Your rights

Depending on the situation and legal basis, rights include access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability. Where processing relies on your consent, you can withdraw it without affecting prior processing. You may lodge a complaint with the CNIL.

To exercise your rights, email contact@clikndriveazur.fr and explain your request. A response must be provided within one month of receipt. This period may be extended by a further two months where necessary because of the complexity or number of requests; you will be informed of the extension within the first month.
